Your information

Privacy notice.

This notice explains how Euphoria Sports Therapy uses personal information submitted through this website.

Who is responsible for your information?

Euphoria Sports Therapy, operated by Florian Apopi, is responsible for information collected through this website. You can contact us at info.euphoriasportstherapy@gmail.com, by telephone on 07807 492887, or at 8 Beaulieu Court Peterborough PE6 7XT.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, treatment interest and message. Basic network and device information may also be processed to keep the form secure and prevent spam.

Please do not include detailed medical history or other sensitive information in the website form. If this is needed, we will arrange a more appropriate way to discuss it with you.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond to you, discuss requested services, arrange appointments and protect the website from misuse. We rely on taking steps at your request before providing a service and on our legitimate interests in answering enquiries and securing the website.

Who receives your enquiry

Formspree processes the form submission and delivers it by email to Euphoria Sports Therapy. It can then be accessed by Florian Apopi and anyone authorised to manage enquiries for the business. We do not sell information submitted through the form.

Website service providers

Vercel hosts the website, Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form from automated submissions, and the contact page uses Google Maps and Google Fonts. When you use these features, the providers may process technical information such as your IP address and browser details under their own privacy terms. Some processing may take place outside the UK using applicable safeguards.

How long we keep enquiries

Website enquiries are normally kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless the enquiry becomes part of an active client record or we need to retain it longer to meet legal, insurance or professional obligations.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction or objection to its use. Contact us using the details above. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
